The chauffeur services we received from NYC VIP were top-notch. Our driver was extremely professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of our needs. The vehicle was always immaculate, and we were impressed by the driver's ability to anticipate our needs, even providing water before we asked. We traveled as a family of four with six bags, and the Cadillac Escalade was perfect—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The driver was professional, on time, and helped with all our luggage.
