NYC VIP Limo Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of transportation services offered by NYC VIP Limo Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “Passenger”) agree to these Terms.

1. Regulatory Compliance

Licensing & Operations

1. NYC VIP Limo Services operates as a licensed For-Hire Vehicle base and luxury limousine service under the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC).
2. All vehicles used in service are required to be TLC-licensed For-Hire Vehicles or Luxury Limousines and display valid TLC plates.
3. All drivers are required to hold a valid TLC Driver License and a valid New York State chauffeur’s license as mandated by TLC regulations. 
4. The Company does not permit unlicensed vehicles or unlicensed drivers in any service.
5. Customers should only accept service from authorized vehicles and drivers. For safety or verification questions, passengers may contact the TLC 311 customer service or visit TLC’s ‘Your Ride’ portal.

2. Service Scope

NYC VIP Limo Services provides:

• Airport transfers
• Corporate and private point-to-point trips
• Hourly/chauffeur service
• Event and special occasion transportation
• Group and luxury vehicle service

All transportation is pre-arranged and does not include street-hail services (which are regulated differently under TLC).

3. Reservations & Confirmation

• Reservations may be made via phone, website, or authorized partner channels.
• All bookings must be confirmed before service is guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that violate TLC rules, are unsafe, or use invalid information.

4. Rates, Payments & Fees

• Rates are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may include flat, hourly, or mileage-based charges depending on service type.
• Payment may be due at booking or before service commencement.
• Additional charges may include: tolls, parking, congestion fees, airport fees, waiting time, gratuity (customer’s discretion), and charges for extra stops.
• NYC VIP Limo Services complies with TLC fare and pricing disclosure requirements for pre-arranged services.

5. Insurance

• All vehicles operate with commercial auto liability insurance as required under TLC regulations and New York law.
• Coverage is maintained at levels consistent with TLC minimums for for-hire vehicles and limousines.

6. Driver and Vehicle Standards

Driver Requirements:

• All chauffeurs hold a valid TLC Driver License and meet TLC’s requirements for background checks, DMV record checks, and drug screening.
• Drivers must maintain a valid New York State chauffeur’s license and clean driving record. 

Vehicle Requirements:

• Vehicles undergo required TLC inspections and comply with TLC safety and maintenance standards.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made within the window specified at booking.
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations outside the permitted window may incur fees or full charges.

8. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must comply with all laws, including seatbelt usage required under New York law.
• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substance use are prohibited.
• The Company may refuse or terminate service if conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or illegal.

9. Liability & Limitations

• The Company’s liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, government action, or events outside our control.
• We are not liable for passenger belongings; lost items will be handled in good faith.

10. Complaints & TLC Reporting

• Passengers may contact NYC VIP Limo Services customer support for service issues.
• For regulatory complaints or safety concerns, passengers may contact NYC TLC via 311 or the TLC website.

11. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used to fulfill bookings and for communications. Data protection practices comply with applicable privacy laws. Separate Privacy Policy applies.

12. Amendments

The Company may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, TLC regulations, or business practices. Updated Terms take effect upon posting.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable TLC regulations.

By using NYC VIP Limo Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
