Opaque Armor
• Ballistic Safety Cell with vertical and horizontal body surfaces armored using Ballistic steel
or light weight composite materials to provide protection
• Ballistic Safety Cell provides our armored vehicles with 360-degree protection against multiple projectiles of a linear or
angled trajectory, ensuring no bullet or fragmentation will enter the vehicle’s interior.
Transparent Armor
• Clad-Polycarbonate-Mylar, ceramic paint bands to assure adhesion with no de-lamination,
anti-spall to protect against fragmentation, and no discoloration from UV rays.

• Window overlap system to assure no fragmentation will enter the vehicle.
• Single-piece ballistic curved glass at windshield and doors for an OEM appearance,

• All ballistic glass installed with high quality automotive grade primer and urethane.
Locks
• All door locks to remain OEM and retain all OEM intended functionality.
• Lock cylinder/key integrated into handle at rear bulkhead door for intrusion protection.
• Emergency tailgate release latch at rear bulkhead
Doors
• Armor overlap system at all doors, posts and pillars, to ensure no fragmentation can penetrate between spacing of Advanced Ballistic Material and transparent armor.
• All armored vehicles pillars are reinforced with Advanced Ballistic Material to accommodate the additional weight of the armored door and complete the Ballistic Safety Cell.
•All doors modified will be professionally upholstered with high quality automotive grade: vinyl or carpet upholstery, stitching, adhesives and primers, to match OEM interior fit and finish.
• Reinforced door hinges from interior of doorframe and door pillars to compensate for additional weight of door armor.
• Heavy-duty nylon door travel retainers to preventoverextension.
• Rear bulkhead door behind OEM rear tailgate for greatest discretion and function
Electrical
• Certified automotive electricians will modify, form, shape and test all standard and additional electrical equipment to ensure 100% function after the armor manufacturing process.
• All additional electrical equipment installed on the vehicle is individually fused, loomed in all areas, routed separately from fuel lines and mechanical cables
Interior
• All original OEM interior panels and trim will be professionally removed, resized, modified,
and reinstalled, to maintain as close to OEM appearance and functionality as possible.
• All interior modifications attributed to the Ballistic Safety Cell will be seamless in appearance
and professionally finished to meet the OEM upholstery fit, finish, and quality.
• The OEM windshield HVAC, defrosting/defogging, wiper, and washing systems shall all be reinstalled and function in accordance to IAW FMVSS 103, 104
