The pandemic has escalated to an unprecedented national emergency and a global health crisis that we haven’t seen in a long time. During these times of uncertainty, we want to take a step back to address all the precautions and safety measures NYC VIP Limo are taking as a company to protect both our dedicated employees and our valued customers.

 

COVID-19 Cleaning & Disinfecting Procedures:

 

STEP 1: DAILY REPORTING & EXAMINATION OF DRIVERS

Driver temperatures are taken daily at our dispatch centers using contactless spot thermometers and thermal imaging cameras. Drivers with even a mild fever, symptoms, or any potential exposure are required to self-quarantine and/or get tested prior to resuming work.

STEP 2: DRIVER PROTECTION

Drivers are required to wear N-95 respirator masks and disposable gloves. Drivers always open doors for passengers and physical contact with passengers is expressly prohibited. Our greeters abide by the same instructions.

STEP 3: PASSENGER PROTECTION

N-95 masks, disposable gloves and alcohol-based hand sanitizer are complementary. Passengers always have the option of sitting in the 3rd row of our SUVs to further distance themselves.

STEP 4: SANITATION PROTOCOL

All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected per CDC protocol. Vehicles are thoroughly aired out to allow aerosols to clear from inside the cabin.

 

 

Additionally to these adjustments, we are providing all of our employees with the ability to work remotely from the safety of their homes to minimize the spreading of the virus. For our employees that are in the office, we have provided masks, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizers, advanced cleaning products, and we encourage all employees to thoroughly clean their work place at the beginning and end of their workday.

• Wipe down the seats, door handles (in/out)

• Use disinfection wipes for car seats

• Offer to wipe down luggage handles

• Do not shake hands
